• Spearheaded new lead generation process resulting in better team alignment, increased lead-to-close rate, and growth in overall dealer accounts

• Prepared a marketing strategy for new retail showroom that generated $600K in sales (8x annual dealer average) within the first year of operation.

• Led corporate re-branding project to improve marketing consistency resulting in new fonts, colors, voice of the brand, website, catalog, magazine ads, improved lifestyle imagery, and web ads
